Trler is a Swiss-based jewelleryand watch retailer based in Zurich. Founded in 1883 its name can be found on dials of several brands including Rolex, Omega and of course, Vacheron Constantin.

The practice of dual signing dials was a privilege awarded by watch brands to their most important retailers. Whilst the practice was more common with brands such as Rolex and Patek, it was arguably rarer with Vacheron, making this example all the more special!

Overall the watch is in great condition given it dates from circa 1941.The crown has been changed at some point in the past but it actually makes using the watch far easier. Some Vacheron's from the period have thin crowns and whilst they may add to the minimalist design, some can be hatefully difficult to wind!

The watch is powered by a 17 jewel manual wind Vacheron movement. As with most 's its construction is a work of art in itself!Finally, the watch has been fitted with a new black leather strap to finish off its classic styling.
