• Items must be in brand-new and unused condition, with original packaging, invoice, and all accessories;

• Please contact our customer service for approval before returning any item;

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 business days;

• If the return is not due to a product issue, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
